Juror Qualifications

You are qualified to be a juror if you are

• A United States Citizen
• 18 years old or older
• A resident of San Luis Obispo County
• Able to read and understand English
• An individual who is not currently on parole, felony probation, serving community service for a felony or a registered sex offender
• Not currently serving as a Grand Juror
